宣肺健脾汤联合生物反馈对慢传输型便秘患者胃肠激素水平及生活质量的影响

Effect of Xuanfei Jianpi Decoction combined with biofeedback on the gastrointestinal hormone levels and quality of life in patients with slow transit constipation

目的探讨宣肺健脾汤联合生物反馈对慢传输型便秘患者胃肠激素水平及生活质量的影响。方法选择慢传输型便秘患者124例,予随机法分为治疗组与对照组,各62例。对照组予单纯生物反馈法治疗,治疗组联合宣肺健脾汤治疗,疗程共4周。观察2组中医证候积分、血清NO和Ach及胃肠激素水平、生活质量变化;比较2组临床疗效。结果2组排便困难、便后乏力、汗出气短等中医证候积分及PAC-QOL评分均降低,治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05);2组血清NO、Ach及胃肠激素SP、MTL、GAS水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率(95.16%,59/62)高于对照组(80.65%,50/62)(P<0.05)。结论宣肺健脾汤可补益脾气、宣肃肺气、润肠通便,明显改善症状,调节血清NO、Ach水平,恢复胃肠激素水平,提高生活质量,临床疗效确切。

objective To investigate the effect of Xuanfei Jianpi Decoction combined with biofeedback on the gastrointestinal hormone levels and quality of life in patients with slow transit constipation.Methods A total of 124 patients with slow transit constipation were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 62 cases in each.The control group was treated with biofeedback alone,while the treatment group was combined with Xuanfei Jianpi Decoction,both for a total of 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,serum NO and Ach levels,gastrointestinal hormone levels and quality of life were observed in the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of TCM syndromes,such as difficulty in defecation,fatigue after defecation,sweating and shortness of breath,and the PAC-QOL scores were decreased in the two groups,and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).The levels of serum NO,Ach and gastrointestinal hormones SP,MTL and GAS in the two groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group(95.16%,59/62)was higher than that of the control group(80.65%,50/62)(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei Jianpi Decoction can replenish and invigorate the spleen qi,disperse and descend the lung qi,clear the intestine and facilitate feces excretions,significantly improve the symptoms,regulate the serum NO and Ach levels,restore the gastrointestinal hormone level and improve the quality of life,with a definite clinical efficacy.
