补肾健骨汤治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折

Effect of Bushen Jiangu Decoction in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture in elderly patients

目的分析补肾健骨汤对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者疼痛程度及骨关节功能的影响。方法选择86例老年OVCF患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。2组均予椎体成形术治疗,对照组予碳酸钙D;片、鲑降钙素注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予补肾健骨汤治疗,2组均治疗2个月。观察2组治疗2个月后疗效,比较2组治疗前、治疗1、2个月后的疼痛程度、骨关节功能及治疗前、治疗2个月后的椎管侵占率、椎体前缘高度、Cobb角。结果治疗2个月后,观察组总有效率(95.35%,41/43)高于对照组(76.74%,33/43)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗1、2个月后,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分逐渐降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗2个月后,2组椎管侵占率、Cobb角均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组椎体前缘高度均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾健骨汤可增加老年OVCF患者椎体强度和稳定性,促进腰椎功能恢复,减轻疼痛程度,有效改善患者骨关节功能,促进身体功能恢复,疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Jiangu Decoction on the pain degree,bone and joint function in elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(OVCF).Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with OVCF were selected as the research subjects and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.After both groups were treated with vertebroplasty,the control group was additionally treated with calcium carbonate D;tablets and salmon calcitonin injection,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Jiangu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment in the two groups both lasted for two months.The curative effect of the two groups was observed after 2 months of treatment,and the pain degree,bone and joint function were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 and 2 months of treatment,while the spinal canal occupation rate and vertebral anterior height and Cobb angle were compared as well between the two groups after 2 months of treatment.Results After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(95.35%,41/43)was higher than that in the control group(76.74%,33/43)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)in the two groups decreased gradually after 1 and 2 months of treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the spinal canal occupation rate and Cobb angle in the two groups were decreased after 2 months of treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the vertebral anterior height in both groups was increased,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jiangu Decoction can increase the strength and stability of vertebral body in elderly OVCF patients,promote the recovery of lumbar function,reduce the degree of pain,effectively improve their bone and joint function and promote the recovery of physical function,with a significant curative effect.
