Your Excellency Ji Bingxuan,President of the Chinese Association for International Understanding On behalf of the Japan-China Society (JCS),I wish to extend warm congratulations to the Chinese Association for International Understanding (CAFIU)on its 40th anniversary.Since its establishment on September 28,1981,with the purpose of "letting the world understand China and letting China understand the world",CAFIU has cooperated with non-governmental organizations.
