摘要
采用高通量测序技术,考察分析甘肃6个不同黄芪种植区黄芪根际微生物菌群结构特征。结果表明,甘肃黄芪种植的六个地区其根际土壤细菌分属于31个门、97个纲、211个目、330个科、614个属、共1163个种,根际土壤真菌分属于13个门、46个纲、98个目、202个科、412个属、共656个种。细菌在门水平的群落结构特征主要为放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria),其中宕昌县采集的样本中以变形菌门为优势菌群,其余地区为放线菌门。真菌在门水平的群落结构主要为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)和被孢霉门(Mortierellomycota),六个种植地区优势真菌均为子囊菌门(Ascomycota),相对丰度均在75%以上。6个黄芪种植区中,基于种水平的微生物群落进行主坐标分析,宕昌黄芪种植区的根际土壤细菌群落结构和渭源县种植区根际土壤真菌群落结构组成不同于其它地区。
High-throughput sequencing technology was used to investigate and analyze the structural characteristics of the inter-rhizosphere microflora of Astragalus in six different Astragalus growing areas in Gansu. The results showed that the inter-rhizosphere soil bacteria belonged to 31 phyla,97 orders,211 families,330 families,614 genera,and 1163 species,and the inter-rhizosphere soil fungi belonged to 13 phyla,46 orders,98 families,202 families,412 genera,and 656 species in the six areas of Astragalus in Gansu. The community structure of bacteria at the phylum level was characterized mainly by the phylum Actinomycetes and the phylum Aspergillus,with the phylum Aspergillus as the dominant group in the samples collected in Tanchang County and the rest of the phylum Actinomycetes. The community structure of fungi at the phylum level was mainly characterized by the phylum Cysticercales,the phylum Streptomycetes and the phylum Peridiomycetes,and the dominant fungi in all six planting areas were Cysticercales,with relative abundance above 75%.The microbial communities in the six Astragalus planting areas were analyzed based on the main coordinates at the species level,and the results showed that the inter-rhizosphere soil bacterial community structure in the planting area of Tanchang and the inter-rhizosphere soil fungal community structure in the planting area of Weiyuan County differed greatly.
