1例透明带锯齿状伴无间隙卵母细胞病例报道与文献复习

A case of serrate zona pellucida with interstitial-free oocytes resulting a live baby

目的介绍1例透明带锯齿状伴无间隙卵母细胞的不孕患者成功活产病例。方法对本中心1例透明带锯齿状伴无间隙卵母细胞的不孕患者临床资料和实验室处理进行分析,并对相关文献进行系统性回顾。结果患者冻融周期孕40+4周成功顺产分娩一活女婴。结论透明带锯齿状伴无间隙卵母细胞会影响受精及胚胎发育等,改变受精方式和采用囊胚培养的方式有助于挑选可利用胚胎并获得良好的妊娠结局。

Objective To report a rare case of serrate zona pellucida with interstitial-free oocyte resulting a live baby.Methods The clinical materials and embryo laboratory treatment from one case with morphological abnormality of oocyte zone pellucida was retrospectively analyzed, and associated literatures were reviewed. Results The patient successfully delivered a live female baby at 40+4 weeks of freeze-thaw cycle. Conclusion The serrate zona pellucida with interstitial-free oocyte may affect fertilization and embryo development, change fertilization way and the method of blastocyst culture is helpful to select available embryos and obtain good pregnancy outcome.
