摘要
子痫前期(PE)是危害母婴健康的重要病因之一,探究其发病机制并寻找新的防治靶点是妇产科学关注的问题。Wnt信号通路可调控细胞侵袭性、上皮间质转化等多种生物学行为。近年来,Wnt信号通路在胎盘源性疾病中的作用越来越被重视。Wnt信号通路表达情况的变化可影响绒毛发育及蜕膜化,进而影响母胎界面的形成。本文将从Wnt信号通路对绒毛及蜕膜的影响两方面,综述Wnt信号通路在子痫前期发病机制中的研究进展。
Preeclampsia is one of the most important causes that endanger the health of mothers and infants. Exploring its pathogenesis and finding new targets for prevention and treatment become the concern of obstetrics and gynecology.Changes in the expression of Wnt signaling pathway can affect the development of villi and decidualization, which in turn affects the formation of the maternal-fetal interface. This article reviewed the researches of Wnt signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia from two aspects of the impact of Wnt signaling pathway on villi and decidua.
