摘要
在以往的单层钢结构工业厂房设计中,大多未考虑围护结构对厂房整体抗震性能的影响,但国内外研究成果表明,围护结构在自身平面内具有很大的剪切刚度,对厂房的整体抗震性能有很大影响。随着单层预制工业厂房的广泛应用,围护结构的设计也日趋复杂,其设计分析方法逐渐成为厂房设计中的重要问题。本文系统总结了单层预制工业厂房在历次典型地震中的破坏特征,阐释了围护结构影响厂房抗震性能的作用机理;梳理了国内外对于围护结构单元的力学性能、围护结构与主体结构的相互作用、围护结构对工业厂房整体结构抗震性能影响的理论和试验研究,并总结了现有的简化模拟策略、连接方式和研究方法,可为单层预制工业厂房抗震优化设计提供参考。
In the previous design of single-layer light steel industrial plant,the influence of enclosure structure on the seismic performance of the whole plant is not considered in most cases.However,the research results at home and abroad show that the enclosure structure has great shear stiffness in its own plane,which has a great influence on the seismic performance of the whole plant.With the wide application of single-layer prefabricated industrial plant,the design of enclosure structure is becoming more and more complex.The design and analysis method of the enclosure structure has gradually become an important problem in the industrial plant design.In this paper,the failure characteristics of single-layer prefabricated industrial plant in previous typical earthquakes are systematically summarized,and the action mechanism of enclosure structure affecting the seismic performance of plant is explained.At home and abroad,the theoretical and experimental studies on the mechanical properties of the enclosure structure unit,the interaction between the enclosure structure and the main structure,and the influence of the enclosure structure on the seismic performance of the overall structure of the industrial plant are reviewed,and the existing simplified simulation strategies,connection methods and research methods are discussed.This paper provides a reference for the seismic optimization design of single-layer prefabricated industrial plant.
