波纹钢管铅阻尼器构造与耗能机理分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究波纹钢管铅阻尼器不同构造形式对其力学性能的影响,采用ABAQUS软件,建立了两种构造形式的波纹钢管铅阻尼器有限元模型,对其应力分布、塑性分布状态、滞回性能和耗能机理进行模拟分析。结果表明,波纹钢管铅阻尼器外波纹钢管采用波峰连接构造形式,能够增加端部连接段的承载能力和刚度,有效控制阻尼器塑性分布,使得阻尼器的变形和耗能集中在中部波纹段,充分发挥波纹段的耗能性能。波纹钢管铅阻尼器耗能时,铅芯先屈服耗能而波纹钢管为弹性,耗能全部由铅芯承担;随后波纹钢管发生弹塑性或塑性变形,与铅芯协同工作,共同耗能。波纹钢管进入塑性后波纹钢管和铅芯耗能比很快就趋于稳定,波纹钢管耗能占总耗能70%以上,铅芯耗能占总耗能20%~30%之间,耗能减震机理明确,工作性能稳定。 In order to study the influence of different structural forms of lead-filled corrugated steel tube dampers(LFCSTD)on its mechanical properties,the finite element model of different structural forms of LFCSTD is developed by ABAQUS.The stress distribution,plastic distribution state,hysteretic performance and energy dissipation mechanism are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the corrugated steel tube adopts the structure of crest connection,which can increase the bearing capacity and stiffness of the end connection section,effectively control the plastic distribution of the damper,make the deformation and energy dissipation of the damper concentrated in the middle corrugated section,and give full play to the energy dissipation performance of the corrugated section.During the energy dissipation process of LFCSTD,lead core may yield and dissipate energy first,and then corrugated steel tube goes into yielding and dissipates energy together with lead core.Once the energy dissipation of corrugated steel tube and lead core become stable,the energy dissipation of corrugated steel tube accounts for above 70%of total energy dissipation,while the energy dissipation of lead core may account for about 20%~30%of total energy dissipation.The energy dissipation mechanism is clear and the working performance is stable.
