丘濬《世史正纲·序》的经学意识

Consciousness of Confucianism in Qiu Jun’s The Preface to Shishi Zhenggang

丘濬通过撰写《世史正纲》评史论史,阐明并宣扬他的历史观念。他仿效朱熹《通鉴纲目》和吕祖谦《大事纪》撰写的这部编年体通史,分辨华夷,倡扬纲常名教。在该书自序中,丘濬明确表示《世史正纲》以《春秋》大义为指导,既直述史事,又彰显善恶褒贬,以史载道,以史明道。从《世史正纲·序》可以看出,在史学道德性和史学客观性的选择中,丘濬明显偏向《春秋》经学一方《,世史正纲》是他宣扬经学义理的工具,他本人也是经学的忠实守望者。魏晋南北朝时期虽然开始经史分途,这只是学科分野和文献分类上的经史相别异路,在思想意识上,史学一如继往地依经附圣。

Through writing Shishi Zhenggang(An Outline of the World History),Qiu Jun comments on and discusses history to clarify and promote his concept of history.Modeled from Zhu Xi’s Tongjian Gangmu(The Outline and Details of the Comprehensive Mirror for the Aid in Government)and LüZuqian’s Dashi Ji(Record of Great Events),this chronological history clarifies Han Chinese and ethnic minorities,and upholds the principles and virtues of Confucius classics.In the preface,Qiu Jun clearly states that the book is guided by the writing techniques of Chunqiu(The Spring and Autumn Annals).While offering a straightforward account of historical events,it shows the judgements of good and evil deeds,as well as praise and blame.In this regard,history can be used to convey and clarify the meanings of Dao.From The Preface to Shishi Zhenggang,it can be seen that Qiu Jun clearly favors Confucianism of The Spring and Autumn Annals while facing the choice between the morality of historiography and the objectivity of historiography.And The Preface to Shishi Zhenggang is the tool for him to preach the principles of Confucianism while he himself is also a faithful watcher of Confucianism.Although Confucianism and historiography start to diverge in the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,this is only a division of disciplines and a difference in the classification of documents of Confucianism and historiography.In terms of ideology,historiography continues to follow the studies of Confucianism.
