摘要
本文通过深入探究企业数字化转型背景下的客户协同产品创新过程,针对数据处理效率低下、数据安全保障程度不高、创新流程不够完善等问题,从人员、设备转换、网络攻击、数据处理、流程自动化等方面,揭示数据爆炸带来的风险因素,并在此基础上建立了数字化转型背景下的客户协同产品创新风险影响因素集,并针对性提出管理措施,为企业完善客户协同产品创新流程、有效控制风险因素、高效完成数字化转型升级提供理论支持和技术支撑。
In this article,the customer collaborative product innovation process in the context of enterprises digital transformation is investigated.Aiming at the problems that comes along with digital technology development and application such as low efficiency of data processing,a relatively low level of data security,imperfection of the innovation process,the risk factors caused by data explosion is brought to light from the aspects of personnel,equipment,network attack,data processing,process automation,etc.The risk set of the customer collaborative product innovation under the background of digital transformation is established,and the management measures are put forward correspondingly,which provides the theoretical support and technical support for enterprises to improve the customer collaborative product innovation process,effectively control the risk factors and efficiently complete the digital transformation and upgradation.
