福州市生态系统服务价值演变及生态经济协调发展分析

Ecosystem service evolution and eco-economic harmonious development in Fuzhou

生态系统服务的研究对于分析生态系统职能构成及区域可持续性发展具有重要意义。在测算2010—2020年福州市土地利用动态度的基础上,研究分析十年间城市生态系统服务价值的动态变化,并结合生态经济发展协调度模型,分析了生态系统服务价值变化影响因素以及生态发展与经济建设之间的相互作用。结果表明:(1)福州市土地利用变化程度近年来呈放缓趋势,其中,建设用地是单一土地利用动态度一项中指标变化最大的用地类型,变化最小的用地类型为农田。(2)2010—2020年间,生态系统服务价值呈逐年递减的趋势,但近年来生态系统服务价值的减小幅度较往年放缓。不同土地利用类型提供的生态系统服务中,森林为生态系统服务提供最大价值,为250.95×10^(8)元(2020年);不同组分的生态系统服务中,调节服务是占比最大的一项,文化服务为占比最小。(3)2010—2020年间,福州市的生态经济发展协调度均在-1与0之间,且表现出小幅度增长的趋势,表明福州市生态文明建设起到了积极的效果,但生态发展仍处于回退状态。旨在保护福州市生态发展和促进土地合理规划应用,为福州市将来优化城市布局建设和推动生态健康发展提供了理论依据和参考。

The study of ecosystem services is of great significance for the analysis of ecosystem function composition and regional sustainable development.Based on the land remote sensing image data of 2010-2020,this study analyzed the dynamic changes of the value of urban ecosystem services during the decade.Combined with the construction of eco-economic development coordination degree model,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of ecosystem service value change,and the interaction between ecological development and economic construction in Fuzhou.The results showed that:(1)The degree of land use change in Fuzhou had been slowing down in recent years.Among them,construction land was the land type with the largest change in land use dynamic degree,while farmland was the land type with the least change.(2)From 2010 to 2020,the value of ecosystem services showed a decreasing trend year by year,but in recent years,the decrease of the value of ecosystem services was slower than that of previous years.Among the ecosystem services provided by different land use types,forest provided the largest value of ecosystem services,which was 250.95×10^(8)yuan(2020).Among the different components of ecosystem services,regulatory services accounted for the largest proportion,while cultural services accounted for the least.(3)From 2010 to 2020,the eco-economic harmony index was between-1 and 0 in Fuzhou,and showed a small increase trend,indicating that the ecological civilization construction in Fuzhou played a positive effect,but the ecological development was still in the state of regression.The purpose of this study is to protect the ecological development of Fuzhou and promote the rational land planning and application,and to provide theoretical basis and reference for Fuzhou to optimize the urban layout and promote the healthy ecological development in the future.
