柔性储能电极的技术发展分析

摘要 随着电子器件的极速发展,为了满足多元化的应用需求,柔性电子成为研究热点,其中,柔性储能器件的构筑是实现全柔性电子器件的关键所在。本文通过对柔性储能电极的国内外专利进行检索,主要从储能电极材料的柔性化以及对应的柔性储能器件构建两个方面对柔性储能电极的技术概况和专利申请趋势做了分析,并对主要的技术手段、技术功效进行了统计,梳理了柔性储能电极的技术演进路线。 With the rapid development of electronic devices,flexible electronics has become a research focus in order to meet the diversified application requirements,in which the construction of flexible energy storage devices is the key to achieve full flexible electronic devices.By searching for domestic and foreign patents for flexible electrode in energy storage devices,this paper mainly discusses the technical overview and patent application trends of the flexible energy storage material and the corresponding flexible energy storage device construction,and analyzes the main technical means and technical efficacy,and combs the technological evolution route of flexible energy storage devices.
