摘要
涡轮增压器是发动机小型化所使用的关键技术。本文首先从申请趋势、区域分布、主要申请人/发明人、法律状态等四个方面分析了国内涡轮增压器专利技术的总体情况,接着分析了包括可变流量、电辅助、相继及两级增压、陶瓷及钛合金应用、混流等在内的热点技术分支,最后筛选出高价值专利,并对最高引证频次专利进行了引证/被引证分析示例,希望能够帮助相关领域的审查员提高本领域技术人员的站位能力,助力审查工作“提质增效”。
Turbocharger is the key technology used in engine miniaturization.Firstly,this paper analyzes the overall situation of domestic turbocharger patent technology from four aspects:application trend,regional distribution,main applicant/inventor and legal status,then analyzes the hot technology branches including variable flow,electric auxiliary,sequential and two-stage supercharging,application of ceramics and titanium alloy,mixed flow,and finally selects high-value patents,an example of citation/cited analysis is given for the patent with the highest citation frequency,hoping to help examiners in relevant fields to improve the standing ability of technicians in this field and help the examination work"improve quality and efficiency".
