摘要
航空钢材作为国家高端钢材的代表之一,对性能的要求非常严格。与国际先进水平相比,我国在航空钢材性能提升方面还存在较大空间。本文从专利申请趋势、专利公开地域分布、有效专利、专利技术等角度进行深入分析,发现我国航空钢材起步较晚,海外专利布局较少。可从合金成分、轧制、热处理、表面处理、粉末制造等方面对钢材性能进行改进,并加强企业与高校、科研院所的合作,大力推进产学研深度融合,提高我国航空钢材关键技术的水平,强化海外专利布局。
Aeronautical steel as one of the representatives of high-end steel in a country,which has very strict requirements for properties.Compared with international advanced level,we have disparity for improving properties of aeronautical steel in China.This paper conducts in-depth analysis from the perspectives of patent application trend,regional distribution of patent disclosure,effective patents and patent technology,finds that China's aeronautical steel started late,overseas patent layout is less,properties of steel can be improved from alloy composition,rolling,heat treatment,surface treatment and powder manufacturing.The cooperation among enterprises,universities and research institutes can be strengthened,the deep integration of industry-university-research can be promoted,the level of key technologies of aeronautical steel in China can be improved,and the overseas patent layout can be strengthened.
