The determination of basic search elements is related to whether the search can be carried out efficiently.From the perspective of the relationship of the invention concept and the claims,this article combines the reasonable pre-judgment of the case trend,through the actual examination cases,three common situations of which the invention concept in dependent claims,independent claims and the specification,how to express and adjust basic search elements is analyzed,which can improve search efficiency and accuracy.
