摘要 为打造覆盖广、网速快、感知好、效能高的4G移动精品网,以运营商5G共建共享为契机,在4G现网质量不下降的前提下,进一步在不同场景、不同频段上开展4G共建共享。对共享载波和独立载波的数据业务和语音业务承载进行了分析,评估了4G开通共享功能后基站的KPI指标,分析了终端接入性问题,探索了各频段共享的可行性和技术方案,发现多数场景下覆盖明显提升、干扰达标,但存在800/900 MHz共享载波终端支持率较低、2.1 GHz 20 MHz DSS存在性能损失、15和20 MHz带宽插花干扰等问题,针对这些问题给出了解决方案。 In order to build a 4G mobile boutique network with wide coverage,fast speed,good perception,and high efficiency,it takes5G co-construction and sharing of operators as an opportunity to further carry out 4G co-construction and sharing in different scenarios and frequency bands on the premise that the quality of existing 4G network does not decline. we will further develop 4G co-construction and sharing in different scenarios and different frequency bands. It analyzes the data service and voice service of shared carrier and independent carrier,evaluates the KPI index of base station after 4G sharing function is enabled,analyzes the terminal access problem,and explores the feasibility and technical scheme of each band sharing. It is found that the coverage is significantly improved and the interference is up to the standard in most scenarios,but there are some problems,such as low support rate of 800/900 MHz shared carrier terminal,performance loss of 2.1 GHz 20 MHz DSS,15 and 20MHz bandwidth flower arrangement interference,etc,and the solutions to these problems are given.
