数字经济背景下财政支出对工业增长的影响路径研究

Research on the Impact Path of Fiscal Expenditure on Industrial Growth under the Background of Digital Economy

加快工业转型升级是推动经济高质量发展的重要要求,财政支出和科技创新是影响工业增长的重要途径。本文选取2008—2019年中国30个省级面板数据,基于有调节的中介效应模型研究财政支出对工业增长的影响。研究结果表明:财政支出能够正向影响科技创新与工业增长;科技创新是工业增长的重要驱动力,在财政支出对工业增长的作用中发挥部分中介作用;产业结构调整在财政支出对科技创新的影响以及科技创新对工业增长的影响中有明显的调节作用。

Accelerating the upgrading and transformation of industry is an important requirement for promoting highquality economic development,and fiscal expenditure and scientific and technological innovation are important ways to affect the growth of industry.The data of 30 provincial panels in China from 2008 to 2019 were selected to study the impact of fiscal expenditure on industrial growth based on a regulated mediation effect model.The results of the study show that fiscal expenditure can positively affect scientific and technological innovation and industrial growth;scientific and technological innovation is an important driving force for industrial growth,and plays a part of the intermediary role in the impact of fiscal expenditure on industrial growth;industrial restructuring has an obvious regulatory role in the impact of fiscal expenditure on scientific and technological innovation and the impact of scientific and technological innovation on industrial growth.
