复方杏香兔耳风胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效及不良反应发生率

Efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsule combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的探究复方杏香兔耳风胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效及不良反应发生率。方法选取2019年9月至2020年12月于本院行克拉霉素治疗的41例慢性宫颈炎患者作为对照组,另选取同期于本院行复方杏香兔耳风胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗的41例慢性宫颈炎患者作为观察组。比较两组血清学指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、糜烂创面愈合时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白介素-10(IL-10)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组VEGF、IL-10高于对照组,TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,糜烂创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论复方杏香兔耳风胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎效果显著,可明显改善患者血清学指标,减轻下腹部疼痛症状,促进糜烂创面愈合,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsule combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods 41 patients with chronic cervicitis treated with clarithromycin in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 41 patients with chronic cervicitis treated with compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsule combined with clarithromycin in our hospital at the same period were selected as the observation group.The serological indexes,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,erosion wound healing time,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups;after treatment,VEGF and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and TNF-αwas lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups;after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the erosion wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment total effective rate in the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than70.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsule combined with clarithromycin has remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic cervicitis,it can significantly improve the serological indexes of patients,reduce the symptoms of lower abdominal pain,and promote the healing of erosive wounds,it is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical application.
