抗血管内皮生长因子药物联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of vascular endothelial growth factor drugs combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma

目的探究抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的50例新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规小梁切除手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合抗VEGF药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效、术后视力恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后15 d及术后1、3、6个月,观察组眼压低于对照组,术后6个月,观察组眼轴长度长于对照组,视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗VEGF药物联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼疗效显著,能促进患者视力恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)drugs combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods 50 patients with neovascular glaucoma who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with VEGF drugs on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,postoperative visual acuity recovery and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 15 d after operation and 1,3,and 6 months after operation,the intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,at 6months after operation,the axial length of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the visual acuity was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF drugs combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma have significant effect,which can promote the recovery of patients’vision,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and it is worthy of clinical application.
