负压封闭引流技术联合氧疗机局部治疗慢性难愈性创面的临床观察

Clinical observation of negative pressure sealing drainage combined with oxygen therapy machine in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds

目的探究负压封闭引流技术联合氧疗机局部治疗慢性难愈性创面的效果。方法选取本院2019年5月至2020年12月收治的50例难愈性创面治疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组25例。对照组采用负压封闭引流法进行24 h持续性引流,实验组在负压封闭引流技术治疗下以3 ml/h持续性局部给氧。比较两组10 d创面愈合率、创面植皮时间、创面愈合时间、植皮愈合率。结果实验组10 d创面愈合率、植皮愈合率均高于对照组,实验组创面植皮时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯使用负压封闭引流技术相比,采用负压封闭引流技术联合氧疗机局部治疗慢性难愈性创面愈合效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure sealing drainage technology combined with oxygen therapy machine in the local treatment of chronic refractory wounds.Methods 50 patients with refractory wounds treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with negative pressure sealing drainage for 24 hours,and the experimental group was treated with 3 ml/h continuous local oxygen under the treatment of negative pressure sealing drainage.The 10 day wound healing rate,skin grafting time,wound healing time and skin grafting healing rate were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing rate and skin grafting healing rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the wound grafting time and wound healing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple use of negative pressure sealing drainage technology,the use of negative pressure sealing drainage combined with oxygen therapy machine has significant effect in the treatment of refractory wound healing,which is worthy of clinical application.
