外周血细胞形态学检测在诊断儿科疾病中的临床价值

Clinical value of peripheral blood cell morphology detection in the diagnosis of pediatric diseases

目的分析外周血细胞形态学检测在诊断儿科疾病中的临床价值。方法选取本院儿科2018年1月至2020年6月收治的住院患儿360例作为研究对象,采集患儿静脉血标本,采用血细胞分析仪检测外周血细胞形态学,统计疾病检出率。结果360例患儿经外周血细胞形态学检测,外周血细胞形态正常占23.33%,外周血细胞形态异常占76.67%。感染96例,占26.67%;异常细胞6例,占1.67%;小细胞贫血69例,占19.17%;异型淋巴细胞数目增多105例,占29.17%。276例外周血细胞形态异常患儿主要以支气管炎、肺炎支原体感染、上呼吸道感染、缺铁性贫血、地中海贫血、病毒感染、细菌感染、腹泻等疾病为主,不同疾病外周血细胞形态学存在明显差异。结论儿科疾病诊断中采用外周血细胞形态学检测,能有效鉴别临床疾病,以期作为疾病判断的重要辅助手段。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of peripheral blood cell morphology detection in the diagnosis of pediatric diseases.Methods 360 hospitalized children admitted to the Department of Pediatrics in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,venous blood samples were collected from the children,the morphology of peripheral blood cells was detected by blood analyzer cell,and the disease detection rate was calculated.Results 360 cases of peripheral blood cell morphology detection,peripheral blood cell morphology normal accounted for 23.33%,abnormal peripheral blood cell morphology accounted for 76.67%.There were 96 cases of infection(26.67%),6cases of abnormal cells(1.67%),69 cases of small cell anemia(19.17%),105 cases of abnormal lymphocytes(29.17%).276 patients with abnormal peripheral blood cell morphology were mainly bronchitis,Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,upper respiratory tract infection,iron deficiency anemia,thalassemia,virus infection,bacterial infection,diarrhea and other diseases,there were significant differences in peripheral blood cell morphology among different diseases.Conclusion The morphological detection of peripheral blood cells in the diagnosis of pediatric diseases can effectively identify clinical diseases,which is expected to be important auxiliary means of disease judgment.
