摘要
本文提出了一种多路任意功分比Gysel功分器,通过传输线和电路理论对该结构进行了分析,推导了满足任意路数和功分比的设计公式,研究了设计变量对频率带宽的影响.该结构适用于任意端口数、任意终端阻抗和任意功分比.进一步,通过对提出的Gysel功分器进行ADS和HFSS仿真,分别设计中心频率在3.5 GHz的4路等分(1:1:1:1)和4路不等分(1:1.5:2:2.5)Gysel功分器,通过理论、仿真和测试结果的对比,证明提出的设计公式的准确性,从而为Gysel功分器的设计使用提供了理论和工程参考.
A N-way Gysel power divider with arbitrary power dividing ratio is proposed in this paper.The structure is analyzed by transmission line theory and circuit theory.Design equations of the new N-way Gysel power divider with arbitrary power dividing ratio are derived.The influence of design variables in the design equations on the frequency bandwidth is studied in detail.The structure can be applied to arbitrary port number,arbitrary terminal impedance and arbitrary power dividing ratio.The N-way Gysel power divider is simulated by ADS and HFSS.Four-way equal and unequal Gysel power dividers are designed,fabricated and measured at center frequency of3.5GHz,with dividing ratio1:1:1:1and1:1.5:2:2.5,respectively.By comparing the theoretical,simulated and measured results,it is shown that the N-way Gysel power divider with arbitrary power dividing ratio has good performance and can be taken as the reference of analytical and engineering applications.
