初产妇运用产前产后护理对其母乳分泌时间与母乳喂养率的影响评价

Effect of prenatal and postnatal care on the time of breast milk secretion and breastfeeding rate of primiparas

目的探究为初产妇行产前产后护理模式后对产妇母乳分泌时间、母乳喂养率的影响。方法以接受分娩的120例(2020年03月至2021年03月)初产妇开展此项研究,均分对照组(产科基础护理行为)、观察组(产前产后护理模式);对比分析两组产妇产后泌乳时间、母乳喂养情况、BSES评分等指标,确定产前产后护理模式的护理实践价值。结果观察组产妇于48h内泌乳的例数较多,高于对照组,观察组于48h以上泌乳时间的例数较少,低于对照组,差异具有显著差异,P<0.05;观察组母乳喂养率较高,人工喂养率较低,两组比较P<0.05;观察组产妇BSES评分数据较高,即产妇内心活动评分、技能评分均为较高水平,与对照组比较P<0.05。结论给予初产妇进行产前产后护理干预模式,产妇母乳分泌时间缩短,增强产妇母乳喂养自信心,进而提高产妇母乳喂养率。

Objective To explore the effect of antenatal and postpartum nursing mode on maternal breast milk secretion time and breastfeeding rate.Methods 120 primiparas who received delivery(from March 2020 to March 2021)were divided into control group(basic obstetric nursing behavior)and observation group(prenatal and postnatal nursing mode).Comparison and analysis of the two groups of maternal postpartum lactation time,breastfeeding,BSES score and other indicators,to determine the nursing practice value of prenatal and postpartum nursing mode.Results The number of women in observation group within 48h lactation was more than that in control group,the number of women in observation group after 48h lactation time was less than that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The breast feeding rate was higher in the observation group,and the artificial feeding rate was lower in the observation group,P<0.05;The BSES score data of the observation group was higher,that is,the inner activity score and skill score of the women in the observation group were both at higher levels,P<0.05 compared with the control group.Conclusion Giving primiparas antenatal and postpartum nursing intervention mode can shorten the time of maternal breast milk secretion,enhance maternal breast feeding confidence,and then improve maternal breast feeding rate.Key words:Primipara;Antenatal and postnatal care;Duration of breast milk secretion;Breastfeeding rate.
