品管圈结合6s管理在肿瘤科护士中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of quality control circle combined with 6s management in oncology nurses

目的探讨品管圈结合6s管理在肿瘤科护士中的应用效果。方法选择本院肿瘤科2019年3月到2020年11月在职的护士80名作为研究对象,将2019年3月到2020年2月采用常规管理的护士作为对照组(n=40),将2020年3月到2020年11月采用品管圈结合6s管理的护士作为观察组(n=40)。比较两组护士实施前后接触化疗药物的正确防护率、用药差错率、执行医嘱缺陷率、安全指标评分以及护理质量评分。结果实施前两组护士接触化疗药物的正确防护率、用药缺陷率以及执行医嘱缺陷率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施后观察组正确防护率高于对照组(P<0.05),用药缺陷率以及执行医嘱缺陷率低于对照组(P<0.05);实施前两组护士的安全意识、理论知识、操作能力、物品管理、制度执行力对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施后两组得分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);实施前两组护士的药品管理、院感管理、仪器日常维护评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施后两组得分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将品管圈结合6s管理应用于肿瘤病房护士,可以提高护士的正确防护率,降低护士的用药缺陷率以及执行医嘱缺陷率,提高安全指标以及护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle combined with 6s management in nurses of oncology department.Method A total of 80 nurses of oncology department from March 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The nurses who underwent routine management from March 2019 to February 2020 were divided into the control group(n=40).The nurses who used quality control circle combined with 6s management from March to November 2020 were divided into observation group(n=40).The correct protection rate,medication error rate,execution defect rate,safety index score and nursing quality score before and after implementation of two groups were compared.Results Before the implementation,there was no significant difference in the correct protection rate,medication defect rate,and execution defect rate of the two groups of nurses(P>0.05).After the implementation,the correct protection rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the medication error rate and the execution defect rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The safety awareness,theoretical knowledge,operation ability,inventory management and system execution ability of the two groups before implementation had no significant difference(P>0.05).After implementation,the scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group nurses'scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before implementation,there was no significant difference in the scores of drug management,hospital awareness management,and instrument daily maintenance between the two groups(P>0.05).After implementation,the scores of the two groups increased,the observation group's scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle and 6s managemen can improve the correct protection rate of nurses,reduce the rate of nurses'medication defects and the rate of defects in the implementation of medical orders,and improve the safety indicators and the quality of care of nurses of oncology department.
