摘要
目的探讨术后2h开放饮食在无痛肠镜息肉摘除术后患者中的应用价值。方法选择本院2018年8月至2020年8月期间行日间无痛肠镜息肉摘除术患者97例为研究对象,按术后干预方法分为禁食组(n=48)和开放组(n=49)。禁食组患者术后给予完全禁食的干预措施,开放组于术后2 h给予开放流质饮食干预,观察两组患者术后肠胃功能、营养状态及并发症发生率。结果开放组患者干预后肠鸣音、肛门排气、排便等肠功能恢复时间均短于禁食组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)水平均较干预前升高,且开放组高于禁食组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);禁食组和开放组干预后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术后早期开放饮食能有效缩短肠息肉切除患者术后肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气排便所用时间,有效减少肠内致病菌、恢复肠道平衡,改善患者营养状态,不会增加术后出血、术后低血糖及术后肠道二次感染等不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the application value of open diet 2 hours after operation in patients with painless endoscopic polyp removal.Methods From August 2018 to August 2020,97 patients who underwent daytime painless endoscopic polyp removal in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to postoperative intervention methods,they were divided into fasting group(n=48)and open group(n=49).After operation,the fasting group was given complete fasting intervention,while the open group was given open fluid diet intervention 2h after operation.The gastrointestinal function,nutritional status and incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of intestinal function such as bowel sounds,anal exhaust and anal defecation after intervention in the open group were shorter than those of the fasting group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TP and ALB of the two groups after were higher than those before intervention,and the levels of the open group were higher than those of the fasting group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidences of complications after intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative diet can effectively shorten the postoperative bowel sounds recovery time,anal exhaust and anal defecation time,can effectively reduce the intestinal pathogenic bacteria,restore intestinal balance,improve the nutritional status of patients undergo polyp removal.It does not increase the incidences of postoperative bleeding,postoperative hypoglycemia,postoperative intestinal secondary infection and other adverse reactions.
