复方苦参注射液联合DOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床研究

Clinical study of compound matrine injection combined with DOX regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨复方苦参注射液(Matrine injection,MI)联合多西他赛^(+)奥沙利铂^(+)卡培他滨(DOX)方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的晚期胃癌患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组采用DOX方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用MI。两组均治疗3个周期,比较两组临床疗效,观察治疗前、治疗3个周期后血清T细胞亚群。结果观察组临床缓解率、临床控制率均高于对照组,治疗3个周期后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平较治疗前升高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期胃癌患者采用MI与DOX方案联合治疗可提高临床疗效,调节血清T细胞亚群,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound matrine injection(MI)combined with docetaxel^(+)oxaliplatin^(+)xeloda(DOX)in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.Control group received DOX regimen,and observation group added MI based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 cycles,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the serum T cell subsets before and after 3 cycles of treatment were observed.Results The clinical remission rate and clinical control rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.After 3 cycles of treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group increased compared with those before treatment,and higher than those in the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of MI and DOX regimen in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer can improve the clinical efficacy and regulate the serum T cell subsets,and is worthy of promotion.
