摘要
《建设工程抗震管理条例》现已颁布施行,其中规定了新建学校建筑应当采用减隔震技术并保证设防地震下正常使用功能。本案例为四川省首批采用《建筑隔震设计标准》(GB/T 51408—2021)设计并实施的高烈度区新建学校项目。项目使用PKPM-GZ软件进行了隔震设计,并用ETABS软件进行了验证分析。介绍了新标准复振型分解反应谱整体设计法的隔震设计流程及关键控制点,对目前存在争议的部分提出了讨论和相关建议,为推广和应用《建筑隔震设计标准》进行隔震项目设计提供了参考。
The Seismic Management Regulation of Construction Projects has been promulgated, which stipulates that new school buildings adopt seismic isolation or mitigation technology to ensure the immediate occupancy after shock.This paper present the first new school project in a high-intensity area in Sichuan Province designed and constructed under the Standard for Seismic Isolation Design of Building(GB/T 51408—2021).The project was designed using the PKPM-GZ software and validated using ETABS.The paper illustrated the overall design procedure using the complex complete quadratic combination(CCQC) method required by the newly released code and the key points in the project design.Besides, the current controversies in the design procedure are discussed herein, and suggestions are given accordingly.This paper provides a practical basis for the future base isolation projects and is supposed to promote the use of the new code.
