摘要
简阳市1栋已建成使用的商业楼,因功能改变,需将其部分区域改造成具有通高大空间的剧院。此次加固改造主要涉及3个方面:(1)针对剧院大厅区域活荷载增加引起的部分构件承载力不足的问题,采用增大截面法、粘贴钢板法及粘贴碳纤维布法等方法对承载力不足的构件进行加固;(2)为实现内部通高的大空间,需拆除部分框架柱和楼板,涉及到托梁拔柱的施工工艺及洞口周边构件的补强;(3)为满足新增的大厅吊挂荷载,综合各因素考虑,采用在室内屋顶下方设置网架结构的方式来承担新增的吊挂荷载。
An already built commercial building in Jianyang City has to be transformed into a theater with a full-height spacious space due to changes in its functions.The reinforcement and transformation mainly involves three aspects:(1)In response to the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of some components caused by the increase in live load in the theater hall area,methods such as increasing section method,sticking steel plate method and sticking carbon fiber cloth are used to strengthen the insufficient components;(2)In order to achieve a full-height spacious space,it is necessary to remove part of the frame column and floor,which involves the joists and wiping out columns and the reinforcement of the surrounding members of the opening;(3)In order to meet the new hanging load in the hall,considering various factors,a grid structure is set under the roof to bear the new hanging load.
