水泥稳定碎石垂直振动压实特性及路用性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究垂直振动压实水泥稳定碎石的压实特性和路用性能,进行了水泥稳定碎石在不同结构类型、水泥掺量、压实度等因素下不同击实和成型方法下的击实试验和力学性能指标试验,结果表明:相同水泥掺量条件下,各种级配类型的水泥稳定碎石振动击实最大干密度(ρdmax)均较重型击实有所提高,其中GM型结构的ρdmax最大,但ωopt居中,间接说明振动成型对GM型水泥稳定碎石的击实效果影响最大;同等条件下,振动成型的水泥掺量可比静压成型降低1.0%~1.5%;工程应用过程中,水泥稳定碎石的振动成型压实度控制可比静压成型低约2%左右. To study the compaction characteristics and road performance of vertical vibration compacted cement stabilized gravel,compaction test and mechanical performance index test under different compaction and forming methods of cement stabilized macadam with different structural types,cement contents,and compaction degrees were carried out.The results show that under the same cement content,the maximum dry density(ρdmax)of cement stabilized macadam with various gradation types is improved compared with that of heavy compaction. Among them,the ρdmaxof cement stabilized macadam with GM type structure is the largest,but the ωoptis centered,which indirectly shows that the vibration molding has the greatest impact on the compaction effect of GM type cement stabilized gravel. On the same conditions,the cement content of cement stabilized macadam by vibration molding can be reduced by 1.0% to 1.5% compared with static pressure molding. During the engineering application,the compaction degree control of cement stabilized gravel by vibration molding can be about 2% lower than that by static pressure molding.
