摘要
为了研究季节更替过程中微生物群落的结构和演化特征以及黄河流域湿地土壤微生物群落多样性特点,选取郑州黄河国家湿地公园两种植被类型的土壤,采用高通量测序法进行了研究.结果表明:从四个季节的样品中共检测到26个不同的门72个纲137个目244个科354个属的微生物类群.变形菌门(Proteobacteria)是所有样本中最丰富的类群.酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadetes),放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)也是主要的优势菌群.结果显示,季节变化和植被类型对湿地土壤微生物群落结构有显著影响,湿地生态系统中微生物群落丰度和多样性的季节动态变化规律为:秋季>夏季>春季>冬季.表明除季节变化外植被类型也是影响黄河湿地土壤微生物群落结构的重要因素.
In order to study the structure and evolution characteristics of microbial community during seasonal alternation and the diversity characteristics of soil microbial community in wetland of Yellow River Basin,eight soil samples from two vegetation types in Zhengzhou Yellow River National Wetland Park were selected to study by high-throughput sequencing. The results show that a total of 26 different phyla,72 classes,137 orders,244 families,354 genera of microbial groups are detected in these samples from four seasons. Among these phyla,Proteobacteria is the most abundant group in all samples. Acidobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Gemmatimonadetes,Actinobacteria,and Chloroflexi also exhibit higher relative abundances than other phyla. Seasonal changes and vegetation types significantly influence microbial community structure of wetland soil. Moreover,the seasonal dynamic change law of microbial community abundance and diversity in wetland ecosystem is autumn>summer>spring>winter. This indicates that the seasonal variations and vegetation types are important factors that affect the soil microbial community structure in the Yellow River wetland.
