摘要 纵倾优化是一种高效易行的船舶节能减排方法,通过浮态调整可使船舶在保持运力的同时减小燃油消耗,降低运营成本。本文以一艘超大型集装箱船为研究对象,采用模型试验手段,获取营运吃水和航速范围内若干排水量船舶纵倾快速性数据,分析船舶各装载工况不同航速下阻力和推进效率与纵倾的关系,构建“排水量-纵倾-航速-收到功率”数据图谱,开发具有可视化功能的最佳纵倾计算程序,通过输入船舶排水量和航速,采用两次三维数组双线性插值方法分别求得目标工况下最佳纵倾值和对应的首尾吃水。结果表明,最佳纵倾计算程序可方便协助指导船舶配载调整,可为实际工程应用提供参考。 Trim optimization is an efficient method for ship energy saving and emission reduction.An optimized trim condition is beneficial for reducing the fuel consumption and operating cost in ship navigation.Based on sailing data of container ships,the resistance and self-propulsion model tests of an ultra large container ship in a certain displacement and speed range were carried out.The ship model tests in four trims under each displacement-speed condition were conducted to study the influence of the trim optimization on resistance and thrust efficiency.An optimal trim calculation program was developed based on the‘displacement-trim-speed-delivered power’data mapping.The optimal trim and the corresponding forward and aft draft under specific displacement and speed condition were obtained by bilinear interpolation.The program can help guide the ship stowage adjustment conveniently and provide reference for practical engineering application.
