中国森林公园分类研究

Study on the Forestry Park Classification in China

本文简述了中国森林公园数量、分布及管理概况,综述了中国30多年来森林公园分类研究成果。在借鉴国内外经验的基础上提出了中国森林公园分类的原则、思路和整体方案,针对中国地理环境的复杂性和经济发展的差异性,提出以自然地理区位为基础、以资源环境要素为参考、以价值功能效益为导向、以经营管理机制为依据的分类思路,构建起中国森林公园的“地理自然带”—“资源环境类”—“距城市区位”—“价值功能亚类”—“面积规模型”—“管理机制等级”—“经营运作模式”分类体系。

This paper briefly introduces the quantity,distribution and management of forest parks in China,and summarizes the research results of forest park classification in China for more than 30 years.Based on the experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the principles,ideas and an overall scheme of Forest Park classification in China.In view of the complexity of geographical environment and the difference of economic development in China,it puts forward the classification ideas based on natural geographical location,with resources and environment elements as reference,value function and benefit as guidance,and management mechanism as the basis to construct a Forest Park Classification System in China,which consists of"geographical natural belt","resources and environment category","distance from city","value function subclass","area planning model","management mechanism level"and"operation mode".
