数字金融视角下农户金融能力对融资行为的影响研究

Impacts of Rural Households’Financial Capability on Financing Behavior——A Research from Perspective of Digital Finance

在农户融资难背景下,金融能力是描述弱势群体的一个重要指标。基于金融能力理论,以数字金融为研究视角,采用因子分析法构建金融能力衡量指标,并使用多元逻辑回归模型评估农户金融能力对融资方式和融资规模的影响。结果表明,金融能力强的农户,倾向于采用“仅线上”或“线上+线下”方式融资,且线上融资规模和线下融资规模均更大。进一步研究发现,农户金融意识对线上融资规模和线下融资规模均有显著正向影响,金融技能只对线上融资规模有正向影响,金融知识和金融环境对融资规模的作用则不显著。因此,政府可在促进农村地区数字金融发展的基础上,以金融意识和金融技能为核心,综合利用多种方式提升农户金融能力,进而从根本上改善农户融资情况。

Financial capability is an important indicator for the description of disadvantaged groups in the context of rural households’financing difficulty.Based on the theory of financial capability,digital finance was taken as a research perspective,Factor Analysis Method was adopted to construct a financial capability indicator,and a Multiple Logistic Regression Model was used to evaluate the impacts of rural households’financial capability on financing method and financing scale.The results showed that rural households with strong financial capability tended to use the"online"or"online+offline"method of financing,and the financing scale of"online financing"and"offline financing"was larger.Further researches found that rural households’financial awareness had a significant positive impact on the scale of online and offline financing.In addition,financial skill had a positive impact only on the scale of online financing,while financial knowledge and financial environment had no significant impact on the scale of the financing.Therefore,on the basis of promoting the development of digital finance in rural areas,the government could focus on financial awareness and financial skill,improve the rural households’financial capability through a variety of methods,so that the financing status of them could be fundamentally improved.
