摘要
中医四诊望闻问切,声诊包含在其闻诊之内,是中医理论指导下的重要诊断方式之一。通过查阅历代相关文献,探析中医声诊的源流及其时代分期,先秦是声诊理论的萌芽阶段,汉唐为声诊的临床发展时期,宋金元是声诊理论的深入发展时期,明清为声诊理论体系的成熟时期,近现代则进入声诊的客观化发展时期。同时,梳理各个时期声诊理论的发展特点,以及医家对于生理病理状态下人体所发声音的不同见解,尤其是对于异常声音病位、病性、病因病机、预后等诊断,从而厘清声诊的发展历程,为当今中医声诊的客观化研究提供史料基础。
The four examinations of traditional Chinese medicine include inspection,listening and smelling,inquiry,and palpation.Among them,acoustic diagnosis is one of the important diagnostic methods under the guidance of TCM theory.By consulting related literature of the past dynasties,explores the origin of acoustic diagnosis in TCM and its era stages.The Pre-Qin period is the embryonic stage of sound diagnosis theory,the Han and Tang Dynasties are the period of clinical development of sound diagnosis,the Song and Yuan Dynasties are the period of in-depth development of the sound diagnosis,and the Ming and Qing Dynasties are the mature period of sound diagnosis theory system.Modern times have entered the period of objectivity development of acoustic diagnosis.And then,record the characteristics of theoretical development of acoustic diagnosis,sort out the different opinions of doctors on the sounds of people under physiological and pathological conditions in various periods,especially to judge disease location,disease nature,etiology and pathogenesis,prognosis by abnormal sounds.On this basis,clarify the development process of listening diagnosis,and provide historical data for the objective research of acoustic diagnosis in Chinese medicine today.
