《瘟疫发源》瘟疫治疗特色探析

Analysis of Plague Treatment Characteristics of Wenyi Fayuan

清代医家马印麟所著《瘟疫发源》是一部运用五运六气理论论述瘟疫辨治的专著。本文通过对《瘟疫发源》中瘟疫的发病、症状、治法、方药进行分析发现马印麟对瘟疫论述颇具特色。他认为瘟疫发生的原因为气候异常之外因与人体正虚之内因共同作用而成,瘟疫症状以热症为主,初中后期症状逐期加重,对于瘟疫的治疗提倡分期论治首推下法,慎用寒凉,针对瘟疫的选方主要以清热为主,并根据不同的五运六气特点、时行瘟疫、五郁致疫选方各异,故深入阐释了中医五运六气理论与瘟疫疾病的防治规律,通过对其瘟疫治疗特色的整理,以期对临床瘟疫类疾病的防治起到重要指导作用。

Wen Yi Fa Yuan,written by MA Yin-lin,a doctor in Qing dynasty,is a monograph on pestilence by using the theory of five movements and six Qi.This paper analyzes the disease onset,symptoms,treatment and prescriptions of pestilence in the Wen Yi Fa Yuan,and finds that MA Yin-lin's treatise on pestilence is quite unique.In the origin of pestilence,he thinks that the cause of pestilence is the external cause of abnormal climate and the internal cause of deficiency of human body;the symptoms of pestilence are mainly fever,which aggravates gradually in the later stage;for the treatment of pestilence,it is advocated to treat it by stages,the first method is to use cold and cool cautiously;for the selection of pestilence,it is mainly heat clearing,and according to different characteristics of five movements and six Qi,it is popular.There are different prescriptions for pestilence and five stagnation.The theory of"five movements and six Qi"in TCM and the prevention and treatment of pestilence were explained.Through the collation of its treatment characteristics,in order to play an important guiding role in the prevention and treatment of clinical pestilence diseases.
