试论“因痰致痫”机理及其应用

Discussion of"Epilepsy Caused by Phlegm"Mechanism and Its Application

癫痫痰邪的产生包括先天因素与后天因素。胎儿先天不足,元气虚,气不化津,邪聚痰生;孕妇妊娠失调,受六淫邪气所累,或为七情、饮食所伤,易致胎儿脾虚生痰。无论是因痰致痫抑或是因痰而加重病情,最终皆会造成脏气不平、阴阳失调、神乱痫发。文中归纳了5种治痰法,包括化痰法、坠痰法、逐痰法、涤痰法、涌吐法,其中化痰法应用较广,又分为化痰开窍法、息风化痰法、潜镇化痰法、活血化痰法、行气化痰法并附以相关研究,以验证治痰法的临床应用与疗效。本文初步揭示了“因痰致痫”的机理,为临床应用提供参考。

The occurrence of phlegm pathogen of epilepsy includes congenital factors and acquired factors.Fetus congenital deficiency,yuan Qi deficiency,Qi does not transform body fluid,evil accumulates phlegm;pregnant women with disorders of pregnancy,affected by six evil Qi,or injured by seven emotions and diet,which can easily lead to fetal spleen deficiency phlegm.Whether it is caused by phlegm or aggravated by phlegm,it will eventually cause uneven visceral Qi,imbalance of Yin and Yang,and epilepsy.Inthis paper,five methods for treating phlegmare summarized,including the method of resolving phlegm,dropping phlegm,removing phlegm,cleaning phlegm,and spitting phlegm.Among them,the phlegm-resolving method is widely used,which is divided into the method of phlegm-removing,wind-extinguishing and phlegm-resolving,latent suppressing and phlegm-resolving,invigorating blood and phlegm-resolving,and Qi and phlegm resolving.The clinical application and curative effect of treating phlegm method are verified by related studies.This paper preliminarily reveals the mechanism of“epilepsy caused by phlegm”in order to provide reference for clinical application.
