阴虚体质人群脉诊信息特征研究

Study on Pulse Diagnosis Information Characteristics of Yin Deficiency Constitution Population

目的:揭示阴虚体质脉诊信息特征,为阴虚体质辨识提供客观依据。方法:用三探头中医脉诊仪采集阴虚体质人群脉诊信息并与平和体质人群进行比较,通过12谐波拟合对多周期脉诊信息建立特征参数并提取模型共提取193个参数,分类判决方面采用有监督和无监督相结合的方法对数据进行特征挖掘。结果:通过对阴虚体质与平和体质人群脉诊信息参数建模进行体质分类的准确率在62%~89%之间,构成两种体质脉诊信息差异的主要参数集中在时域参数的左关s减小、t1增加,右尺t1、w增加,频域参数以双尺变化为主。结论:阴虚体质与平和体质人群的脉诊信息差异显著,构成差异的主要特征以左关和双尺为主。这一结果为传统中医理论中阴虚体质人群多肾阴亏虚、肝血不足的观点提供了数据支撑。

Objective:To reveal the pulse diagnosis information characteristics of Yin deficiency Constitution and provide objective basis for the identification of Yin deficiency Constitution.Methods:The pulse diagnosis information of Yin deficiency was collected by three-probe TCM pulse diagnosis instrument and compared with that of balanced constitution.The characteristic parameters extraction model of multi-period pulse information was established by 12 harmonic fittings,and 193 parameters were extracted.In terms of classification and identification,the combination of supervised and unsupervised methods were used for data feature mining.Results:The accuracy of constitution classification by modeling pulse information parameters of Yin deficiency and balanced constitution was between 62%and 89%.The main parameters that made up the difference of pulse information between the two constitutions were the decrease of s and the increase of t1 in the left Guan and the increase of t1 and w in the right Chi;The frequency domain parameters were mainly changed by double Chi.Conclusion:There was a significant difference in pulse information between Yin deficiency and balanced constitution,and the main difference were left Guan and double chi.This result provides data support for the TCM theory that the most of Yin deficiency are kidney Yin deficiency and liver blood deficiency.
