基于《黄帝内经》五运六气理论对先天运气禀赋与心系疾病罹患相关性研究

Study on Correlation Between Congenital Yun Qi Endowment and Heart Diseases Based on Five Movements and Six Qi Theory in Inner Canon of Huangdi

目的:基于《黄帝内经》五运六气理论分析出生时的先天运气禀赋与心系疾病罹患相关性的研究。方法:选取2014年7月至2019年7月吉林省珲春市新安社区卫生服务中心中医科共5年逐日门诊病例资料,运用SPSS22.0软件,首先用描述性统计分析各系疾病罹患数量在岁运太过不及时段内是否有差异,其次选取罹患数最高的心系疾病数据,将心系疾病患者出生日期根据五运六气时段变化进行先天运气禀赋转换后再进行Logistic回归分析。结果:女性罹患心系疾病的风险高于男性,女性患者中出生时间在水运不及之年、客气和司天在太阳寒水时段罹患心系疾病的风险高于男性。结论:心系疾病的罹患与先天运气禀赋相关。

Objective:The paper analyzes the correlation between Congenital Yun-qi attribute and acquired heart disease based on the theory of Inner Cannon of Huangdi.Methods:A total of 5 years daily outpatient case data were used in Xin’an Community Health Service Center in Hunchun,Jilin Province from July 2014 to July 2019,using SPSS22.0 software.Firstly,descriptive statistics were used to analyze whether there were differences in different congenital Yun of the patients.Secondly,the data of heart diseases with the highest number of patients were selected,and the birth date of patients was converted into innate endowment according to the changes of Five Movements and Six Qi periods,and then Logistic regression analysis was conducted.Results:The risk of heart disease was higher in female than in male,and the risk of heart disease was higher in female patients who were born in the year of poor water transportation,and those who were born when Keqi and Sitian in Taiyanghanshui period.Conclusion:The incidence of heart disease is related to endowment.
