摘要
“景观基因胞”概念原指传统城镇景观的基本单元,是对有机体细胞的类比,所有聚落建筑、构筑物其实都可以看成形态、功能不一的细胞单元,它们共同协作构成聚落文化景观有机整体。文章延续这一概念,并继续与生物细胞的生物学特征进行类比。研究认为,景观基因胞具有如下生物学特征:代谢活动;增殖与凋亡;遗传与变异。其中,代谢活动包括空间代谢、物质代谢与功能代谢,遗传方式包括胞扩散、胞变异与胞恒定三种方式。最后,文章选取湘东北及湘东南三个传统聚落——张谷英村、中田村以及上甘棠村,对景观基因胞生物学特征的表达方式进行案例诠释。
The concept of "landscape gene cell" originally refers to the basic unit of traditional urban landscape,which is the analogy of organic somatic cells. All settlement buildings and structures can actually be regarded as cell units with different forms and functions, which jointly constitutes the organic whole of settlement cultural landscape. This study continues this concept and the analogy with the biological characteristics of biological cells. The study suggests that landscape gene cells have the following biological characteristics: metabolic activities;proliferation and apoptosis;inheritance and mutation. Among them, metabolic activities include spatial metabolism, material metabolism, and functional metabolism,and genetic patterns include cell diffusion,cell mutation,and cell constancy. Finally,three traditional settlements in northeast and southeast Hunan--Zhangguying Village, Zhongtian Village and Shanggantang Village are selected to explain the expression of the biological characteristics of landscape gene cells.
