摘要
采用Ca^(2+)-Fe^(3+)掺杂的铝酸镧为辐射粉体基料,分别以磷酸二氢铝、水玻璃、硅溶胶和铝溶胶为黏结剂制备了铝酸镧涂层材料,将其涂覆于刚玉空心球砖表面,研究了黏结剂种类对涂层材料的物相组成、显微结构和性能的影响。结果表明:以铝溶胶为黏结剂所制得涂层杂质相对较少,为最佳的黏结剂选择;以铝溶胶为黏结剂的钙铁掺杂铝酸镧辐射剂在刚玉空心球砖表面的抗剥落性最好。
Lanthanum aluminate coating materials were prepared using Ca^(2+)-Fe^(3+) doped lanthanum aluminate as the radiation powder matrix,aluminum dihydrogen phosphate,sodium silicate,silica sol and alumina sol as binders.The developed coating materials were spread on the surface of corundum bubble bricks,and the influences of different binders on the phase composition,the microstructure and the performance of the coating materials were explored.The results show that the coating material using alumina sol contains less impurities,which is the best binder choice.The Ca^(2+)-Fe^(3+) doped lanthanum aluminate radiation agent with alumina sol as the binder performs excellent spalling resistance on the surface of the corundum bubble bricks.
