摘要
以聚己二酸丁二醇乙二醇酯多元醇(PBEA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、复合活性稀释剂1,6–己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)/季戍四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)为原料,合成了紫外光(UV)固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯耐黄变预聚体,研究了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中IPDI和PBEA的物质的量比、活性稀释剂的选择和复配比例、引发剂的选择和用量等对涂层耐黄变性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,n(IPDI):n(PBEG)=2.0,m(HDDA):m(PETA)=40:60,引发剂选用1–羟环己基苯酮且添加量为预聚体质量的4%,此时所制涂料涂层具有优良的耐黄变性能和良好的力学性能。
The ultraviolet light(UV)-curable polyurethane acrylate yellowing resistant prepolymer was synthesized by using the polybutylene ethylene glycol adipate polyol(PBEA),isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),composite active diluent 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate(HDDA)/pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA) as raw materials.The influence of the molar ratio of IPDI and PBEA in polyurethane acrylate,selection and compounding ratio of active diluents,selection and dosage of initiator,etc.on the yellowing resistance and mechanical performance of the coating layer was investigated.The results show that when n(IPDI):n(PBEG)=2.0,m(HDDA):m(PETA)=40:60,the 1-hydroxylcyclohexyl phenyl ketone is selected as the initiator,and its adding amount is 4% of the mass of prepolymer,the prepared coating layer has excellent yellowing resistance and good mechanical performance.
