离子型聚合物增韧改性PBT/GF复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 采用离子型聚合物(Surlyn;离聚物)对玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)复合材料进行增韧改性,研究了离聚物含量变化对PBT/GF体系热学、结晶、力学等性能的影响。结果表明:添加离聚物后PBT/GF复合材料的强度和韧性均明显提高,其中w(离聚物)为5%时冲击强度达到最大值,与未添加离聚物的体系相比冲击强度提高了34.5%;随离聚物含量的增加,PBT/GF体系的力学性能先增加后降低。结合差示扫描量热(DSC)和同步辐射小角X射线散射分析发现,添加少量离聚物时,对PBT/GF体系可起到促进结晶的作用,当w(离聚物)高于5%时,离聚物与PBT/GF产生微弱相分离,导致力学性能下降。 The glass fiber(GF) reinforced polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) composite was toughened and modified by using the ionomer(Surlyn;ionomer).The influence of the ionomer content variation on the thermal,crystalline,and mechanical performance,etc.of PBT/GF system was investigated.The results show that the strength and toughness of PBT/GF composite significantly increase after adding the ionomer.When w(ionomer) is 5%,the impact strength reaches the maximum value,and increases by 34.5% compared with the system without ionomer;the mechanical performance of PBT/GF system first increases and then decreases with the increase of the ionomer content.Combined with the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and the synchrotron radiation small angle X-ray scattering analysis,it is found that adding small amount of the ionomer can promote the crystallization of PBT/GF system,when w(ionomer) is more than 5%,a weak phase separation occurs between the ionomer and the PBT/GF,which leads to the decrease of the mechanical performance.
