ANALYSIS AND STRATEGIES IN DESIGN OF SMART HOSPITAL

智慧医院建设有助于改善医院的业务能力和管理效能,对提升患者就医过程中的服务效率、服务水平、服务质量,具有十分重要的意义。目前,各地区医院虽然积极探索医疗智慧化,但部分医院在智慧化建设过程中仍存在一定局限性。为进一步梳理智慧医院设计流程,明确智慧医院建设方向,提出智慧医院设计应从项目实际需求出发,在设计过程中遵循顶层规划是根本、基础设施是基石、互联共享是重点、业务应用是核心、新技术应用是必然的基本原则,并以中科大附一院北区项目为例,围绕上述原则开展实践探索,初步实现了智慧医院设计目标。

The construction of smart hospital helps to improve the hospital’s business capabilities and management efficiency, and is of great significance on enhancing the service efficiency, service level, and service quality of patients in the process of medical treatment. Although hospitals in various regions are actively exploring medical intelligence, some hospitals still have limitations in the process of smart construction. In order to further tease out the procedure and direction of smart hospital design, the article points out that smart hospital design should start from the actual needs of the project, during the design process, it is essential to follow the principle that toplevel planning is the foundation, the infrastructure is the cornerstone, the interconnection and sharing is the key, the business application is the core, and the new technology application is the inevitable. Taking the North District of the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC as an example, it carried out practical exploration around the above principles to achieve the design goals of smart hospital.
