摘要
我国城镇化快速建设过程中建设用地资源紧张问题逐渐加剧,加快了对于地下空间开发利用的步伐。在地下空间建设过程中,掘进机法是隧道、地铁、市政管线等工程的基础施工方法,主要应用设备为全断面隧道掘进机。为了保证设备质量,设备监理在设备生产制造过程质量、工期以及合同等管控环节中的作用更加凸显,因此需要对设备监理技术进行优化。对全断面隧道掘进机设备监理技术进行深入研究与分析,并提出一些合理的意见和措施,旨在进一步提升监理技术水平。
In the process of rapid urbanization in China, the shortage of construction land resources has gradually intensified, speeding up the development and utilization of underground space. In the process of underground space construction, TBM method is the basic construction method of tunnel, subway, municipal pipeline and other projects. The main application equipment is full face TBM. In order to ensure the equipment quality, the equipment supervision plays a more prominent role in the quality, construction period, contract and other control links of the equipment manufacturing process. Therefore, the equipment supervision technology needs to be optimized. This paper deeply studies and analyzes the supervision technology of full face TBM equipment, and puts forward some reasonable opinions and measures in order to further improve the supervision technology level.
