摘要 针对某工程地下室高大空间,系统复杂管道排布密集且多为大型管道,为合理利用空间排布管道支架形式保证功能使用并且兼顾经济和美观的需要,设计管道共用支架形式。充分利用结构柱形成管架梁(简支梁),最大限度地减少传统型楼板生根“门”形支架。此处应用的简支梁形式共用支架有效解决了管道空间排布,减少了支架数量,提高了施工功效,减少了楼板承受荷载,保证了施工质量。并且兼顾了机房布置的美观性,形成简洁大气的观感效果,同时减少了经济成本,为今后同类工程施工提供了思路。 Aiming at the large space in the basement of a project in Beijing Sub Center, the system is complex, the pipeline layout is dense and most of them are large pipelines, how to make rational use of the space layout of the pipeline support form to ensure the functional use and take into account the needs of economy and aesthetics, the paper designs the pipeline common support form. According to the structural form, the structural column is fully used to form a pipe support beam(simply supported beam) between the structural columns, so as to minimize the "door" support of the traditional floor slab. On the premise of meeting the functional use and safety, the common support in the form of simply supported beam applied effectively solves the spatial layout of the pipeline,reduces the number of supports, improves the construction efficiency, reduces the load borne by the floor, ensures the construction quality, takes into account the aesthetics of the layout of the machine room, forms a simple and atmospheric appearance effect, and reduces the economic cost. It provides ideas for construction of similar projects in future.
