摘要
珠海市闹市区香海大桥支线工程项目,主线桥采用3联左右两幅60 m跨径的钢混叠合梁跨越道路,其他简支混凝土梁为预制架设,工期紧。为解决因钢混叠合梁的钢箱梁拼装导致整体运梁线路不连续难题,研究设计了钢混叠合梁拼装及运梁通道两用支架平台;详细介绍了该支架平台的总体方案选型、左幅钢箱梁拼装支架平台设计、右幅预制梁运梁通道兼钢箱梁拼装支架平台设计,并对支架平台的强度、刚度、稳定性等进行了检算。现场应用表明:通过分幅设置运梁通道及拼装支架,保障了施工关键线路的畅通,钢箱梁拼装与运梁可同步进行,并顺利完成了运梁任务及钢混叠合梁拼装,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。
In the branch line project of Xianghai Bridge,the main line adopts 60 m steel-concrete composite beams with three longitudinal spans and two transverse sections,while the other simple supported concrete beams are prefabricated and set up,so the construction period is tight.The assembly of steel box girder will lead to the discontinuity of the whole transport beam line.In order to solve this problem,the paper studies and designs a dual-purpose support platform which can be used to assemble steel-concrete composite beam and transport beam.Then,it introduces in detail the overall scheme selection of the support platform,the design of the left-span steel box girder assembling support platform,and the design of the right-span prefabricated beam transport channel and steel box girder assembling support platform.In addition,the strength,rigidity and stability of the support platform are checked.The field application shows that by setting beam transport channel and assembling support platform in two transverse sections,the key construction line can be ensured,and the assembling steel box girder and transporting simple supported concrete beams can be carried out synchronically.Finally,the task of beam transportation and the assembly of steel-concrete composite beam are successfully completed,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
