蒙成药行气止痛丸的镇痛、消肿、平喘作用研究

目的:观察蒙成药行气止痛丸的止痛、消肿、平喘作用,为临床应用提供科学依据并为今后研究奠定基础。方法:分为空白组,阳性组(五风丸),蒙成药行气止痛丸低浓度组、中浓度组、高浓度组,评价对热板仪上小鼠舔前后脚时间的影响;评价对浓氨水引起小鼠咳嗽影响;评价对小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。对镇痛、止咳、消炎等作用进行比较。结果:通过镇痛作用实验,蒙成药行气止痛丸不同浓度组和空白组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),其中中浓度组最明显。浓氨水引起小鼠咳嗽实验中,蒙成药行气止痛丸不同浓度组2 min内咳嗽次数与空白组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),初次咳嗽时间明显往后推迟;蒙成药行气止痛丸不同浓度组和阳性组(五风丸)无明显差异。二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓肿胀实验中,蒙成药行气止痛丸不同浓度组跟空白组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过蒙成药行气止痛丸对小鼠止痛、消肿、平喘作用试验,止痛试验中中浓度组最明显;蒙成药行气止痛丸对氨水引起小鼠咳嗽有明显抑制作用;蒙成药行气止痛丸对二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显作用。本文为蒙成药行气止痛丸临床应用及今后研究提供科学依据。

Objective:Observes the Mongolian prepared medicine to dispel symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill the pain-relieving,the detumescence,breathes heavily evenly the function,will dispel symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill clinical practice for the Mongolian prepared medicine to provide the scientific basis and to lay the foundation for the next research.Method:The minute blank group,the masculine group(five wind pills),hoodwinks the prepared medicine to dispel symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill low concentration group,the density group,the highly concentrated group,on the hot plate meter the mouse licks about the same timeone hard on the heels of the other time the influence;The blank group,the masculine group(five wind pills),the Mongolian prepared medicine dispels symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill low concentration group,the density group,the highly concentrated group,the strong ammonia water causes the mouse to cough the number of times experiment to affect;The spatial medicine group,the masculine group(five wind pills),the Mongolian prepared medicine dispels symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill low concentration group,the density group,the highly concentrated group,the influence which the mouse auricle swells.Through mouse’s analgesia,relieves a cough,function comparison research and so on sterilization.Result:Through the analgesia function experiment,hoodwinks the prepared medicine comfortable pain-relieving pill the different density group mouse and the blank group’s mouse comparison has the obvious difference(P﹤0.05),the density pill is specially most obvious;The strong ammonia water causes in the mouse cough experiment,the different density Mongolian prepared medicine dispels symptoms such as bloating in analgetic pill group 2 min to cough the number to have the difference obviously compared to the blank group(P﹤0.05),the primary cough time in the future will postpone the phenomenon obviously;The Mongolian prepared medicine dispels symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill and the masculine group(five wind pills)compares does not have the obvious difference.Two armor cause the mouse auricle to swell in stupidly the experiment,hoodwinks the prepared medicine to dispel symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill the different density group to have the obvious difference with the blank comparison(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Dispels symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill through the Mongolian prepared medicine to stop pain,the detumescence to the mouse,breathes heavily in the function experiment pain-relieving experiment specially is evenly the density is most obvious,hoodwinks the prepared medicine to dispel symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill to cause the mouse cough number to the ammonia water to have the obvious function,hoodwinks the prepared medicine to dispel symptoms such as bloating the analgetic pill xylene to cause the mouse ear detumescence to have the obvious function.Will dispel symptoms such as bloating on the analgetic pill clinical application and the next research for the Mongolian prepared medicine provides the scientific basis.
