摘要
新冠疫情对出版业造成了较大冲击,出版企业建立科学的危机管理体系势在必行。本文分析出版企业危机管理特征,归纳危机管理类别,进一步构建包括设定、识别、行动、评价、校准五个层次的出版企业危机管理体系。本文为出版企业应对疫情余波、增强危机应对能力提供对策建议,也为出版企业建立长期危机管理体系提供了有益参考。
COVID-19 has caused a great impact on the publishing industry,and it is imperative for publishing enterprises to establish a scientific crisis management system.This paper analyzes the characteristics of crisis management of publishing enterprises,summarizes the categories of crisis management,and further builds the crisis management system of publishing enterprises,which includes five levels of setting,identification,action,evaluation and calibration.It also provides useful reference for publishing enterprises to establish a long-term crisis management system.
