摘要
作为具有节日喜庆象征的冰糖葫芦,是中国传统文化的载体,深受全国乃至外国人民的喜爱,但目前糖葫芦生产效率低,尚没有全自动生产糖葫芦的设备,为满足高效且不停歇穿糖葫芦串的需求,研究了自动穿糖葫芦装置的工艺要求,本课题组提出了以竹签运输、山楂运输、山楂穿串三个基本功能模块为主体的解决方案,设计了由气动系统驱动的机电一体化系统架构,结合生产工艺和系统结构建立了气动控制系统的流程图,利用FluidSim仿真软件进行气动控制系统的仿真设计和调试。基于CX Progammer软件设计了气动控制系统的控制程序,提出了自动串糖葫芦装置的气动控制解决方案和设计方法,为进一步增加自动分拣与输送竹签、实现穿糖葫芦生产线的完整性设计与开发提供了工程实践基础。
Ice-sugar gourd as a symbol of the festival season, is the carrier of Chinese traditional culture. It was deeply loved by national and foreign people, but at the moment, sugar-coated berry mainly adopts manual production, the production efficiency is low, there is no sugar-coated berry of the fully automatic production equipment, to meet the needs of efficient and don’t stop wearing sugar-coated berry string, studied the process requirements of the device automatically wear sugar-coated berry. It put forward to bamboo transportation, hawthorn, hawthorn wear strings of three basic function module as the main body of the solution, design of the driven by pneumatic system of electromechanical integration system architecture, combined with production process and system structure of the establishment of a pneumatic control system flow chart, using FluidSim simulation software simulation design and debugging of the pneumatic control system.The control program of the pneumatic control system was designed based on CX Progammer software, and the pneumatic control solution and design method of the automatic Ice-sugar gourd device were proposed, which provided the engineering practice basis for further increasing the automatic picking and conveying of bamboo sticks and realizing the integrity design and development of Ice-sugar gourd production line.
