摘要
以食品学科的理论基础课程“生命周期营养”为例,介绍该课程的教学现状,通过采用翻转课堂教学模式应用于传统课堂教学中,在教学中融入互联网信息技术思维,从教学内容、过程、手段和考核等方面颠覆传统课堂教学模式,将主动权与主体地位还给学生,完成课堂中教师和学生的角色转变,为学生营造兴趣高、积极性高的学习氛围,提高教学质量和效果,推动“生命周期营养”课程的应用和教育改革,推动传统课堂教学模式的革新。
Taking the basic course of food subject Nutrition in the Life Span as an example,the current teaching status of this course was introduced.By applying the flipped classroom teaching mode and the network technology to the traditional classroom teaching mode,the traditional education mode would be subverted from the aspects of teaching content,process,methods and examinations.The initiative and subject status were returned to the students.The role of teachers and students in the classroom would be transformed.A learning atmosphere with high interest and enthusiasm was created for students.The quality and efficiency of teaching would be improved.The application and educational reform of Nutrition in the Life Span and the innovation of traditional classroom teaching mode would be promoted.
